CIC was started by four colleagues/friends with a hotel background who wanted to challenge the hotel industry with an innovative/technological hotel concept focused on the environment and, not least, to create workplaces where employees thrive and have fun. 

In 2024, CIC will have a portfolio of 30 hotels. The goal is to have a financially profitable portfolio of 70 hotels which operate according to our values of Caring, Inspiring, and Creative.
